Starting Time Procedures

To schedule a starting time members may telephone the Golf Shop at (949) 644-9680 or schedule a time in person at the Golf Shop. We will take one name from those waiting and one from those telephoning.

FOR WEEKDAYS – MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY:

Starting times for weekdays may be made beginning at 7:00 am one week prior to the day you desire to play. Example: Monday for the following Monday, Tuesday for the following Tuesday, etc.

FOR WEEKENDS (SATURDAY & SUNDAY):

Starting times for the weekend are scheduled by using the following “Crossover” format:
 
TO SCHEDULE A STARTING TIME FOR THE MORNING CROSSOVER: Members may call or visit the Golf Shop in person Saturday mornings beginning at 6:00 am (starting times may be made on Saturday for the following Saturday and Sunday).
Morning Crossover starting times are scheduled from 6:30 am to 8:36 am using the #1 and #10 tees. The first starting time is scheduled at 6:30 am and the last starting time is scheduled at 8:36 am.
 
TO SCHEDULE A STARTING TIME FOR THE AFTERNOON CROSSOVER: Members may call or visit the Golf Shop in person Saturday mornings beginning at 9:00 am (starting times may be made on Saturday for the following Saturday and Sunday).
Afternoon Crossover starting times are scheduled from 11:00 am to 12:57 pm using the #1 and #10 tees. The first starting time is scheduled at 11:00 am and the last starting time is scheduled at 12:57 pm.

A third crossover begins at 3:30 pm and is filled on a first come first served basis. Starting times may not be scheduled for the third crossover.

STARTING TIME PROCEDURES:
• Groups will be limited to not more than five players at all times weekdays and weekends (3 cart fivesomes)
• Starting times for spouses on Saturday can be made from 11:30 am until 12:57 pm
• Once a starting time has been made, each member is responsible for that time. Should a member wish to cancel a starting time they must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Members failing to cancel their starting time 24 hours in advance will be in violation of the cancellation policy. On the third violation members will be charged a $25 fine and informed that further violations will result in elimination of the starting time privileges.
• Members should check-in with the starter 15 minutes prior to tee off.

GUEST POLICY:
• An individual is limited to 12 plays per calendar year regardless of which member they are playing with.
• Saturday and Sunday – 6:30 am to 8:36 am limit of two (2) guests per member
• 11:00 am to 12:03 pm - no guests are permitted
• 12:03 pm to 12:57 pm – limit of two (2) guests per member
• Guest must be with the member unless previous arrangements have been approved by the Director of Golf or the Head Golf Professional
 
GUEST FEE SCHEDULE:
Monday through Thursday: Guest fee $90 (cart not included) or $105 with cart
Friday through Sunday: Guest fee $105 (cart not included) or $120 with cart
A special reduced Immediate Family Rate (son and/or daughter) for members whose children are over 21 but have not yet reached their 30th birthday is $55.00 (cart not included) or $70 with cart.
Play for immediate family guests is also limited to a maximum of 12 times per calendar year and should be accompanied by a member.
